[Investigating] We have noticed that there are currently problems with logging in via P8. Not all users are affected. We are working to identify the problem so that we can fix it as quickly as possible.

[Identified] After Windows Update, it is not possible to log in to EPLAN Cloud! After update Windows to the latest security update (October 2025) the browser integrated in our platform products can’t log in to EPLAN Cloud anymore. We are in contact with Microsoft and the development team is working hard on a workaround.

[Identified] Workaround: In order to log in to the Eplan Cloud via the Eplan Platform, you must configure the WebControl you are using. Please navigate to the directory "C:\ProgramData\EPLAN\ELC" in the file system. If the file "settings.config" exists, editing this file otherwiese create a new one. Please add / edit the following parameters [EPLAN] use-tls-versions=Tls12 logLevel=ALL useWebView2=false Afterwards, you can log in to the Identity Client again
